If you're ready to break free from the constraints of a traditional desk job, ALLO Fiber has the perfect opportunity for you to join our Residential Sales Team doing Door-to-Door sales!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hitting the Streets : You'll be going door to door in assigned neighborhoods, local events, and assisting in covering our storefronts as needed, introducing residents to our state-of-the-art fiber optic services.
• Building Rapport : Engage with potential customers, listen and discover their needs, and explain how our services can better meet those needs than any other provider in the market.
• Demonstrating Value : Use your training and tools provided by ALLO to provide clear and compelling demonstrations of our product's benefits to bring exceptional service and value to our customers.
• Close sales : Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going!
• Following Up : Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns. This helps build long-term relationships and exceptional, local service.
• Provide Feedback : As a critical part of our team, you'll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you've learned while working in the field.
• Travel : As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO, you could be traveling between markets, but don't worry, we pay for everything and give plenty of notice. Travel up to 50% outside of your home market, with some hotel stays required.

Colorado Residents : typical pay range for this role will be from $50,000 - $100,000 per year, which includes base salary and commission potential.
