This client-facing position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in providing coordination, management, and documentation of project-related information, client selections, requests, approvals, and creative problem-solving as needed in support of on-schedule project execution and an ongoing high level of client satisfaction.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the client's finish selections & other decisions to support the ongoing construction schedule
  • Coordination of client requests, approvals, purchase orders, and other project-related documentation
  • Communication of project details to field staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of work in the field
  • Participation in team-oriented creative problem-solving in the construction of truly one-of-a-kind custom homes
  • Ensuring ongoing positive client experiences and satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Well-organized and deadline-driven
  • High-energy and enthusiastic
  • Flexibility and ability to work well in a team-oriented, positive, but fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
  • Residential construction experience is required, with luxury custom residential project coordination preferred
