The chief objective of the Program Manager for the Computer Science Lab School is to serve as the ODU liaison on site at the lab school; develop and coordinate recruitment, community outreach, and sustainability efforts; and coordinate and support computationally rich learning by supporting the mission and vision of the Computer Science Lab School (CSLS), under the supervision of the Executive Director for the Center for Educational Innovation and Opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Master's degree in education, business, or related area; or a bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field with experience equivalent to a master's degree.
• Working experience with event planning, project management, and collaboration with effective team building experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of laboratory schools.
• Working knowledge of and experience with K-12 schools and system.
• Working knowledge of and experience with Computer Science education.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in brand development and creative program development.
• Proficiency working in a virtual space, including some experience with online collaboration tools.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
