Role Overview
This role is responsible for producing high-quality photography and video content to support marketing, sales, and brand storytelling across all TBC entities. From new home listings to lifestyle marketing campaigns, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our communities, products, and services are presented to the world.
Key Responsibilities
Photography
- Capture professional listing photos of all new homes across TBC communities.
- Shoot development and progress photos of neighborhoods and construction projects.
- Provide brand photography for Reclaimed Warehouse, The Mill Cabinetry, Whispering Creek, and other affiliated companies.
- Ensure consistent editing, color correction, and file organization aligned with brand standards.
Videography
Produce internal sales training videos and occasional promotional / advertising content.Capture short‑form videos optimized for social media platforms. Collaborate on editing with our in‑house content creator.Support storytelling across campaigns with engaging, on‑brand video assets.General
Manage and maintain company photography and videography equipment (with option for reimbursement if using personal equipment).Collaborate with the marketing team to plan shoots, meet deadlines, and maintain content calendars.Organize and archive digital assets for easy access and long‑term use.Travel locally between project sites, communities, and business entities.Qualifications
Proven experience in both photography and videography (portfolio required).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus).Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.Ability to balance creative vision with practical business goals.Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across multiple brands / projects simultaneously.Drone certification or experience (preferred but not required).Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Compensation & Benefits
Salary : Depends on experienceSchedule : 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility as needed).Benefits : PTO, Sedera insurance coverage, gas stipend, equipment reimbursement (if interested), software and new equipment investment.Other : Side work allowed, provided it does not conflict with TBC working hours or interests.Why Join Us
