Overview
The Repair Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the intake and tracking of subscriber equipment, with a focus on two-way radio communication devices. This position ensures that customer assets are received, processed, and documented accurately while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
Accept incoming deliveries and properly log customer equipment
Open, inspect, and verify device shipments
Accurately record device and customer details into internal systems
Communicate with customers regarding equipment status and next steps
Partner with Service and Sales teams as well as direct customer contacts
Safeguard customer equipment, ensuring careful handling at all times
Follow ISO9001 standards and internal service objectives
Contribute to smooth workflow and consistently meet service expectations
Work within FTC’s Oracle-based Service Operating System
Comply with company policies and service cycle requirements
Remain adaptable during busy periods, including working overtime when necessary
