Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, providing essential psychological services and championing our commitment to evidence-based, recovery-oriented care. Your primary duties will include :

• Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis : Conduct comprehensive initial and annual psychological evaluations, including testing, scoring, interpretation, and the timely completion of integrated written reports.
• Therapeutic Intervention : Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, adapting modalities to meet the personalized recovery goals of a diverse patient population.
• Treatment Collaboration : Actively participate in clinical treatment meetings, contributing psychological expertise to develop, implement, and refine master treatment plans.
• Patient & Family Engagement : Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with patients and their families / caregivers, facilitating family therapy sessions to support the treatment process.
• Psychoeducation : Develop and lead campus-wide therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as a key component of our active treatment program.
• Clinical Supervision : Provide supervision and guidance to master's level clinicians and practicum students, fostering their professional growth (if applicable).
• Compliance & Documentation : Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with facility, departmental, HIPAA, and Indiana state regulations.
