Procurement Specialist – Robotics Operations

6-Month W2 Contract | $25–$32 / hr (Depending on Experience)
Monday–Friday | Core Business Hours | 40 Hours per Week
About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll help enable the next generation of robotics programs by managing vendor relationships, supporting new product introductions, and driving day-to-day procurement execution. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and product teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where ownership and curiosity are celebrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the buying team in expanding selection by onboarding new vendors and maintaining item catalogs.
- Coordinate new product launches and manage procurement for new product introduction (NPI) programs.
- Maintain accurate product cost, retail price, content, and image data.
- Place and track purchase orders for infrastructure, equipment, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Identify and propose sourcing solutions based on evolving business requirements.
- Build strong partnerships with suppliers and serve as a backup to the Control Buyer for process continuity.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.1+ years of experience in high-volume, global procurement or manufacturing operations.Experience managing procurement for new product introduction (NPI) programs.Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle EBS or SAP preferred).Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)Familiarity with basic SQL and supply chain management principles.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.Leadership Values We Look For
