Healthcare Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections - Self-Pay.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patient financial situations

Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls

Manage patient disputes and escalate issues to a supervisor as necessary

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Minimum one year collections experience in healthcare

Minimum one year experience with Software Epic

Associate's degree preferred

Two years of related experience is a plus
