Compensation : $85,000 – $100,000 annually (base salary) + performance-based bonus potential

Primary Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plansDeliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventionsSupervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality careManage a daily caseload averaging 13 patientsProvide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans and home programsMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessaryAccurately complete all EMR documentationCollaborate with referring providers and participate in case reviewsMaintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure requirements and CEUsQualifications
Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skillsExperience managing an outpatient orthopedic caseloadExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesManual therapy and / or dry needling experience preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits
