Automation Engineer - DevOps and CI / CD

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automation Engineer to join our DevOps team. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes to streamline software delivery, boost system reliability, and support rapid development cycles. The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps and automation experience, coupled with a passion for intelligent, AI-driven optimization.

Job Responsibilities :

• Architect, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, TFS, or GitLab.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless automated delivery and deployment.
• Continuously monitor and optimize build / release pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Integrate automated testing, quality gates, and AI-based code analysis tools into workflows.
• Identify and resolve deployment issues using automated monitoring and self-healing mechanisms.
• Maintain clear documentation for all automation processes and toolchains.
• Promote best practices in DevOps and MLOps, emphasizing continuous improvement and AI-driven innovation.
