Experience working with TS16949 Travel as needed Quality Inspection Experience Project Management Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Statistical process control (SPC) Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa Diagram) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Quality Control Experience Six Sigma Experience Quality Control Data Analysis PPAP Process Experience ERP Software Quality Control Software

Job Title : Quality Manager
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
Job Overview
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of customer, supplier and plant quality including initial launch activities (APQP / PPAP) as well as current production concerns. The roles and responsibilities listed are not meant to be all inclusive.
Responsibilities
- Supports and ensures compliance with the current Company Business and Quality Operating Systems
- Monitors plant launch activities including but not limited to APQP, run at rate, PPAP documentation review / approval / submission, and safe launch approval focused on customer requirements
- Drives all internal audit and RPFMEA activities to insure up to date compliance
- Support and follow up at problem solving teams focused on customer issues
- Manages supplier and in-plant quality issues to ensure that conforming product is available for production lines and ensures effective problem solving is implemented on identified quality problems
- Ensures all assignments of Quality Engineers and Quality Supervisors are completed in a timely manner
- Knows current status of all customer scorecards
- Supports Lead IATF auditor activities
- Participates in monthly Management Reviews
- Employee performance reviews and counseling as needed
- Ensures Company ADP systems are followed for PTO and sick days for applicable team members
- Motivates employees in a positive, cooperative manner
- Ensure an environmental health and safe work environment conditions by complying with all Company Integrated Management System procedures, standards, and regulations.
