Looking for a position that makes you smile? We're seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsible administering team member benefits and for providing team member support on questions related to benefits and leaves of absence.

How you'll make us better :

Responds to team member inquiries related to benefits
Assists team members onboarding and during open enrollment related to health and life and disability benefits
Assists with the administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit programs
Processes COBRA enrollments as needed
Processes monthly benefits bills, and submits for payment
Responsible for auditing Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) annual filing
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with coworkers
Ability to communicate with team members and vendors simultaneously using multiple applications
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Prerequisites for success :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum one (1) year experience in benefits administration preferred but not required

Minimum one (1) year experience of administrative work

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, entering data or processing information required
