A company is looking for an IT SaaS Operations Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and optimize SaaS applications and integrations across the organization

Administer and support AWS and ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency across cloud services

Develop scripts and automation workflows to streamline SaaS and infrastructure management

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience as a SaaS, Cloud, or Systems Administrator

Proficiency in Okta administration and identity governance principles

Expertise in AWS cloud services; exposure to Azure and GCP is a plus

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Meraki solutions

Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Palo Alto PCNSE, Okta Certified Professional)
