Large manufacturing company is looking for a maintenance planner for one of their facilities outside of Cambridge, MD.

Base pay range

$70,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr

Overview

Maintenance Planner expedites the flow of work and materials within the maintenance department according to work orders and the production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distribution of work orders and schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress, inventory levels, costs, and maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

• Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet maintenance demands.
• Distribute maintenance schedules and work orders to departments.

Minimum Qualifications

Job functions will be carried out in an office or in a production environment.
