1. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook is preferred. 2. Excellent written and verbal skills. 3. Able to communicate clearly and concisely. 4. Detail oriented with skills in follow-up and problem resolution. 5. Able to perform well under pressure. 6. Ability to make educated and well thought out decisions. 7. Ability to multi-task while identifying and maintaining priorities. 8. Uses an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects. 9. Applies appropriate actions to effectively control irate customer calls. 10. Flexibility required for all aspects of the job
Representative will handle inbound customer calls, cases responding to customer requests, while projecting a professional company image. Will identify, research, and resolve customer issues using provided tools, training, and resources
1. Answers inbound customer calls.
2. Identifies whether customer calls should be forwarded to appropriate staff and completes call transfer, if necessary.
3. Handles customer requests that come through mail and emails.
4. Researches and solves general billing issues.
5. Responsible for completing multiple paperwork forms to resolve customer issues.
6. Generates customer letters / e-mails in response to customer queries.
7. Recognizes, documents, and alerts Team Leads and Supervisors of customer contact trends.
8. Participates in department and company meetings.
9. Completes project work as assigned
10. Adheres to all department policies
11. Adheres to published schedules.
