ProScapes is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Supervisor to lead one of our crews in delivering high-quality lawn care and grounds maintenance services. This is a full-time, year-round position with leadership responsibility and opportunities for growth.

Tasks

  • Lead and manage a lawn care crew (2–5 team members).
  • Train, coach, and hold team accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment.
  • Plan and execute weekly lawn maintenance routes.
  • Communicate with management and clients regarding service quality and issues.
  • Monitor job costs and efficiency on assigned properties.
  • Assist in snow removal operations during winter season.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience.
  • Prior crew leader or supervisor experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
  • Ability to operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
