Key Responsibilities

Support volume licensing agreements and communicate program details effectively

Administer license quoting and renewals, ensuring timely processing and delivery

Provide technical licensing support and maintain license reporting for the sales team

Required Qualifications

Remote based near Cebu, Philippines

3+ years of experience in software licensing and customer management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field preferred

Advanced spreadsheet modeling and data analysis skills

Experience with NetSuite for accounting and invoicing
