Functional Lead

A company is looking for a Functional Lead to oversee FSM solution workstreams for utility clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for FSM workstreams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals

Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and support change management efforts with stakeholders

Manage and mentor functional consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and project governance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred

7+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting with technology / FSM implementations

Knowledge of FSM capabilities and familiarity with utility operations and asset management

Hands-on experience with functional configuration, system validation, and user training
