We're looking for an Experienced Restaurant Chef who can bring culinary creativity, leadership, and dedication to our kitchen team in this high-demand dining destination.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare diverse menus, including à la carte, buffets, and special events, meeting member expectations for quality and presentation.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timeliness, precision, and consistency during busy service hours.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste while maintaining cost controls.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety and kitchen sanitation, adhering to local and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to create seasonal offerings and adjust menus based on club member feedback or special requests.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant, hotel, or country club setting is required.
  • Culinary Arts degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required with the right experience.
  • Proven ability to handle a high-volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop kitchen staff effectively.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for cooking and menu development.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
