Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – required for all RN jobs in Arizona

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience

BLS certification (required for healthcare jobs)

Proven experience with Robotics, CVT, Spine, and Total Joints procedures (Circulate / Scrub)

Ability to float to other hospital units as needed within skillset

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, circulating and scrubbing for diverse surgical procedures

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain a sterile environment and strictly follow infection control protocols

Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled

Float to other nursing units as required based on operational needs
