Position Overview : Performs technical, predefined tasks to deliver customer service for Siemens Healthcare equipment in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities :

• Service and maintain CT imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Train operators to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance within your territory, including revenue, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure proper management and documentation of tools and test equipment.
• Manage company assets like vehicle, phone, tools, and inventory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and perform administrative duties.
• Mentor other Customer Service Engineers.

Ideal Candidate : Experienced in servicing medical imaging equipment, with strong customer service skills, and capable of working independently.

Minimum Requirements :

Compensation : $65,600 - $98,400 annually, plus incentives and benefits.
