AMEC Electric is seeking responsible, dedicated and reliable journeyman electricians to bring their talents to work with us.

Responsibilities :

  • High quality new installations of conduit, cable tray, wiring and equipment.
  • Efficient and safe service and repair of existing electrical equipment.
  • Neat appearance.
  • Good customer manner.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.
  • Priority on safety.

Qualifications :

  • Must have a minimum of 4 years practical electrical field experience.
  • Knowledgeable of NEC codes and industry standards
  • Understanding of NFPA 70E
  • Trained, skilled and resourceful and able to use all tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation "means and methods".
  • Valid Drivers License
