While this role does not involve direct management of field personnel, being available for any questions and ensuring project success is key. The primary focus of this position is on the precise estimation of labor costs, a critical factor in securing and successfully completing projects.

HVAC Estimator Job Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate labor costs for commercial HVAC projects.
• Identify and secure both small and large project leads.
• Estimate required materials and labor for projects and present proposals to customers.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Serve as a point of contact for field personnel for any project-related inquiries.
