Engagement Description –

The Systems Analyst II role will support the Ancillary IT lines of business, including dental, vision, and Consumer-Directed Health (CDH) products, with potential opportunities for cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) IT teams. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure the successful execution of production jobs, resolve defects, and develop or enhance mainframe logic to prevent job failures. This will include working on claim file loading, CDH membership reconciliations, and corrections. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to support project initiatives related to 2026 benefits and enrollment. Proficiency in SQL and Java would be a valuable asset, enabling the resource to contribute to other core processes, such as reporting and benefit functions, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our IT operations

Top 3 Required Skills / Experience –

• Employee must have strong mainframe (COBOL) skills
• Ability to test packages on the mainframe, promote packages using change management.
• SQL – database query, troubleshooting, and reporting.
