💼 What You’ll Do

As the Regional Oncology / Hematology Clinic & Infusion Center Operations Manager , you’ll :

  • Lead the daily operations of multiple oncology clinics and hospital-based infusion centers
  • Ensure top-tier patient care, safety, and service
  • Support and mentor talented administrative and clinical teams
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and team development
  • Collaborate with physicians and leadership to drive process and quality improvements
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous growth
  • You’ll report directly to the Director of Clinical Services and play a vital role in aligning patient care with organizational goals.

    🎯 What You Bring

  • Registered Nurse (RN) – required
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related field
  • 3+ years in healthcare (oncology experience strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a multi-physician setting
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare regulations
  • Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) preferred
  • Valid Tennessee driver’s license
