The Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's ITAM, SPM, and ITOM products. These products create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.

What you get to do in this role :

  • Support the Eastern US Region territory containing State and Local Government Agencies and Higher Education institutions.
  • Lead strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process.
  • Ensure recommendations are aligned with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of a digital transformation.
  • Interlock with Specialist teams on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
  • Coach Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and Account Customer Executives on specialty solution area knowledge.
  • Customize time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team.
  • To be successful in this role, you have :

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • 7+ years of knowledge in specialty IT solutions sales selling into State and Local Government customers.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or Specialty Solutions Sales Executive, driving 7-figure deals to close.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • We offer a base pay of $137,000 - $182,500, plus equity, variable / incentive compensation, and benefits. We also offer health plans, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.
