Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med-Surg team. The RN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, working collaboratively with medical providers and the care team. Using established nursing models- Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage -you will provide personalized care, advocate for patients and families, and uphold the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess patient condition at admission and each scheduled shift; promptly identify and report any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and other medical functions as ordered by providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in case of adverse effects.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs proactively, and resolve concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring understanding and adherence.

Qualifications :

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
