Speech Language Pathologist

In this position, the Speech Language Pathologist only administer a developmental tests and a speech language evaluation which require completion of documentation for both.

Key Responsibilities :

🎇independently and accurately select a comprehensive assessment battery with consideration of all relevant factors for each client

🎇independently and accurately recognize when assessment procedures need to be adapted to accommodate the unique needs for each client

🎇independently and accurately complete the evaluation report for each client

🎇stay informed with the latest research and techniques in the field of speech pathology

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current and valid license from the Louisiana Board of Examiner for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
• Pass a criminal background check
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, family members, and collaborate with team members
• Efficient time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent observation skills
