  • Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am), with possible evening shifts (9 : 00pm – 9 : 30pm or 11 : 00pm – 11 : 30pm); no call, possible weekends\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990-$2130\n
  • Employment Type : On-site, travel healthcare position\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts\n
  • At least 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience\n
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association\n
  • Completion of required onboarding, orientation, and health screenings\n
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n

  • Deliver safe, effective nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures\n
  • Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient management in the OR\n
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals\n
  • Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare protocols\n
  • Accurately document patient care and surgical activities\n
  • Participate in rotating shifts, including nights and possible weekends, as required\n
