Requirements

BTL activations

Eventlogistics.

Materials,constructionandmanagementofsupplierbriefcase.

Budgetmanagementandcontrol.

Knowledgeof : Visualaesthetics,artandinteriordesign.

Activities

Make proposals for logistics and activities for events.

Select the way in which the assembly and logistics will be carried out during the event.

Execute events with detailed and viable production for each project.

Supervise the disassembly and create the post production (the closing).

Administrative control of the event and expense checks.

Budget assembly.

CO's request to Cta executives.

Quote, request samples and propose materials for the pre-production of the events.

Upload invoices to the DRIVE and deliver printed matter to Admón

Search, negotiation and development of suppliers.
