Chandler Creek is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.

Maintenance Technician I Job Highlights :

• Shift : Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8 : 30 am-5 : 00 pm, Occasional Weekends (emergencies only)
• Pay Range : $19-$20 hr based on years of experience

About the job :

The Maintenance Tech I is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property. Responsible for preventive maintenance, painting, and repairs inside and outside the property to provide a safe, attractive and orderly environment for the benefit, and use enjoyment protection of residents, staff, and visitors. This is an entry-level position.
