New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cedar Park (northwest of Austin) has a full time opening on days for Certified Nursing Assistants. New Hope Manor is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our heath care team. We are a long term care facility with an outstanding reputation in the community for providing quality, friendly, and compassionate care for our loving residents. Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant  6am-2pm  (XYZ rotatation)

You must have a current certification in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state), pass a criminal background check, exhibit excellent hospitality skills, have computer skills and be detail oriented. Benefits offered to qualified applicants.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Any other duties assigned.

Employability :

• You must have an active certification in good standing with the State of Texas (TULIP Website).
• Pass a criminal background and reference check; Pass E-Verify background
