Clinical Trial Manager

A company is looking for a Line Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, manage, and lead FSP staff across the respective region

Ensure FSP staff are adequately trained and adhere to all appropriate SOPs, policies, and regulations

Evaluate performance metrics to identify process improvement areas

Required Qualifications

BA / BS / BSc or RN

2 years of experience as a study manager / project manager for US based positions

5 years of experience as a study manager / project manager preferred for US based positions

Experience working on industry-sponsored or partnered clinical trials

Previous experience in managing direct reports preferred
