General Manager
Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment, and facility. Training and communication skills are required, along with the ability to perform basic math and make correct monetary change. Motor coordination is necessary for precise movements and using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work conditions include exposure to varying weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to over 90 degrees, sudden temperature changes, food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing abilities such as talking, hearing, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces are essential. The ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, make judgments, and decisions is required. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping / bending, crouching / squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Machines, tools, and equipment used include pencil / pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
Job duties also include delivering products by car to customers' doors, delivering flyers and marketing materials, and requiring a valid driver license with a safe driving record. Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses are necessary, along with the ability to navigate adverse terrain. Physical demands during delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages, driving within a designated delivery area, walking, and climbing stairs. Work conditions include exposure to varying weather and requiring far and night vision for driving.
