CNC Press Brake Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay : $21+ per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available :

1st Shift : 5 : 00 a.m. - 1 : 30 p.m.

2nd Shift : 1 : 30 p.m. - 10 : 00 p.m.

Are you a skilled Press Brake Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality metal parts? We're looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing team. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and setting up CNC press brakes to produce a wide variety of sheet metal components that meet customer specifications. You'll work closely with our production team to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency on every project.

Your day-to-day will include :

Operating mechanical and hydraulic press brakes safely and efficiently.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, routers, and production schedules.

Selecting the correct tooling, calculating bend allowances, and setting machine parameters.

Performing visual and dimensional inspections using calipers and measuring tools.

Updating computer records and completing production paperwork accurately.

Performing preventative maintenance and keeping your work area clean and organized.

Following all quality standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, hands-on team players who care about precision and take pride in their work.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 5 years of CNC press brake setup experience.

Strong understanding of angles, tolerances, and tooling selection.

Ability to calculate dimensions, offsets, and bend allowances accurately.

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
