We are seeking a physician leader to serve as Medical Director for one of our partner facilities. This role provides vital oversight, guidance, and clinical leadership to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation hospitals, and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACs).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law
- Complete any required training under the Facility’s Compliance Program
- Notify the Facility immediately of any exclusion or debarment from Medicare,
Medicaid, or other Federal / State programs
Disclose if immediate family members have any financial arrangements or referralpositions related to the provider
Maintain compliance with HIPAA / HITECH privacy standardsProvide continuous coverage during the term of the agreement, arranging licensedphysician coverage for absences
Serve as an independent contractor, providing oversight and leadership to the clinicalteam
Qualifications
Valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of OklahomaMedical Degree from an AMA-accredited college or universityActive and enrolled provider in Medicare and Medicaid programsValid and unrestricted DEA registration, including authority to prescribe narcoticmedications

Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $240,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
