HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Per Diem is seeking a local contract nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a local contract nursing job in Overland Park, Kansas.

Minimum of most recent 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting within the specific specialty

Appropriate Certifications as required for specific position

Every other weekend requirement

Commitment of 36 hours per week

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

  • BLS, NRP
  • At least 1-year level III NICU experience

    • Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

  • Experience with CPAP / BiPAP, ventilators, central line management, milk preparation
  • Lab draws

    • List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :

  • Assistance with circumcisions, PICC line placement, umbilical line placement
  • Lumbar puncture, lab draws
