What You'll Do

  • Master a kitchen station and deliver food to Lucy's exacting quality standards
  • Prepare, season, and cook meats, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and more
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Ensure all food meets sanitation and regulatory standards
  • Inspect and approve plates before they reach the guest
  • Train and support prep cooks while collaborating with the full line team
  • Keep daily temperature logs, check product freshness, and maintain food safety certification
  • Uphold Lucy's standards of presentation, taste, and consistency at every service
