Warehouse Associate - Multiple Shifts Available

Location : Grinnell, IA

Pay : $16 / hour (1st shift) | $17.50 / hour (Weekend shift)

Available Shifts :

1st Shift - 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm (Monday - Friday)
Weekend Shift - 7 : 30am - 8 : 00pm (Saturday - Monday OR Saturday and Sunday only)

QPS Employment Group is hiring for multiple warehouse roles at a busy facility in Grinnell, IA. These positions are responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Apply today!

Primary Duties :

Use a handheld scanner to locate and retrieve orders from shelving

Pack orders into correct-sized boxes for shipment

Verify items match the packing slip before shipping

Complete paperwork for outgoing orders

Organize and store incoming supplies

Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work area

Physical Requirements :

Able to stand for duration of shift

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to lift 540 lbs. repeatedly (team lift required for anything over 40 lbs.)

Able to bend, twist, push, pull and crouch throughout the shift
