Job Description Summary : We’re seeking a highly strategic, results-oriented Senior Creative Leader to drive the orchestration and delivery of integrated brand and marketing initiatives across all consumer-facing touchpoints for Venmo. This senior-level role operates at the intersection of brand strategy, creative execution, and digital innovation, ensuring that Venmo’s brand foundations and campaigns are insight-led, tech-enabled, and tightly aligned with business outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications : As a cross-functional leader, you will manage high-visibility, complex brand and marketing programs from concept to launch—partnering closely with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, cross-disciplinary creative teams, and external agency partners. Your ability to navigate between big-picture brand vision and operational precision will be critical to delivering multi-channel campaigns that resonate, perform, and scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
Champion and implement Venmo’s brand foundations, including Visual Identity, Verbal Identity (ensuring consistency across Marketing and Product), and overall foundational strategy (naming conventions, positioning).
Own the strategic development and day-to-day management of integrated advertising campaigns and marketing programs from inception through delivery.
Lead the creation of branded product experiences, spanning physical (Venmo Debit Card and Credit Card) and digital experiences.
Build and lead Venmo’s rapid, agile creative and production arm—overseeing intake, resourcing, and execution of briefs with internal teams and external agencies.
Lead and grow a team of program managers and creative project managers to build scalable processes and best practices.
12+ years of experience in account management, program management, and brand marketing—preferably within a creative agency or brand environment.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350.
