Position : Assistant Director of Nursing

Pay Range : $110,000 - $120,000 DOE

What you will do :

• Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention
• Primary staff development / educator
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
• Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately
• Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON

As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below :
