This is a hybrid, part-time role that combines in-studio coaching with sales and marketing responsibilities. You'll play a key role in driving membership growth, retention, and energy in the studio.

About the Role

As our Assistant Studio Manager, you'll be a key player in both the member experience on the floor and behind the scenes in sales, marketing, and brand growth. You'll assist with lead generation, outreach, onboarding new members, and helping prospects feel excited about joining F45. You'll also coach group training sessions with energy, professionalism, and a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing :

Execute lead generation, follow-up, and marketing strategies to drive new member acquisition

Respond to incoming inquiries, book trial classes, and conduct in-studio tours

Represent F45 at community events, local partnerships, and social media campaigns

Track leads, conversions, and retention using CRM and studio management tools

Support ongoing promotional efforts and referral programs

Coaching & Operations :

Coach high-energy, team-based F45 classes

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and community

Track attendance and support member engagement through check-ins and outreach

Assist with social media content and event planning to grow local brand presence

Qualifications

Previous experience in fitness sales, marketing, or coaching preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High energy and passion for helping people improve their health

Must hold or be willing to obtain a nationally accredited Personal Trainer Certification within 90 days of employment (reimbursement offered after 1 year of employment)

CPR / AED / First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)

Familiarity with F45 or boutique fitness environments a plus

Proficiency with CRM systems (MindBody, Loyalsnap, or similar) and social media platforms
