Job Description

As a Security Officer - Mall Unarmed Patrol in Tigard, OR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment within a dynamic retail and mall location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and tenants. You will monitor access points, respond to alarms, and communicate clearly with both team members and the public. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
