job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Reviews status of projects and budgets; and prepares status reports. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Engineering Program Manager (12 month contract / / Danvers, MA) :
Candidate will be expected on site 4 days per week
Top 3 Skills :
- Project Management Experience & skills (including financials, resource planning, risk management, project plan development\execution)
- Exposure to Product Development process
- Exposure to Medical Device (experience in some Engineering function : preferred)
- Preference for candidates with exposure to MS Project, Agile PLM, and SAP
Education Required : Bachelors Degree, Program Management certification preferred
Years' Experience Required : 8+ years of product development management preferred
