Position Overview
The ASK! (After School Kids Program) Staff member is responsible for supervising students enrolled in the ASK! program. The person in this position works to ensure safety and to participate in and initiate activities for children designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Supervisory Responsibility : N / A
Position Status : Part-Time, Hourly, Non-exempt, Regular 10-month
Hours of Work : Standard work week - Monday through Thursday 2 : 00 - 6 : 00 and Friday 1 : 00 - 6 : 00 based on an academic calendar. Hours may vary to accommodate In-Service and Professional Development days as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; talk and hear; engage in moderately strenuous physical activity both indoors and out; and smell. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the regular business day.
