We have a great full-time opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our growing and fast-paced powersports dealership.

Schedule :

  • Monday – Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

    • Saturdays 9 :

  • 00 a.m. to 12 p. m.                    With one day off during the week.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units throughout the dealership.
  • Advise customers by providing detailed, accurate and up-to-date information on products.
  • Manage and monitor the sales process from start to finish.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, including building confidence in the products and dealership.
  • Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.
  • Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Follow up with prospective leads and current and existing customers to continually build client base.
  • Meet sales goals.
  • Develop a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments F&I, Accounting, Operations, Service, and Parts.
  • Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods, including collection and recording of customer information in the dealership’s management system and the customer relationship management system.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

    • The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position :

  • Ability to sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month according to dealership standards Have a positive attitude Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus Ability to build rapport with customers Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail oriented Willing to train the right motivated individual!!!
