Compensation : $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview :
We are actively looking for a Physical Therapist to be part of a diverse group of healthcare professionals. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to create and implement customized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical needs, and chronic pain.
Work Type : Full Time
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patients Volume : 5 - 7 patients per day
Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdisciplinary discussions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and at-home exercises.
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and facility standards.
- Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy and interdisciplinary practices.
Requirements
Physical therapy licensure in good standing in the State of New Jersey (required)Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programPreferably 2+ years of experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitationExperience working as part of a multidisciplinary team is highly preferredAdditional certifications in orthopedic specialties (e.g., OCS) or manual therapy are a plusStrong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary teamProficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise programsAbility to create and adapt treatment plans based on team input and patient progressBenefits
