ABA Clinical Manager

Position Summary :

• Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through evidence-based interventions grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• The position requires a combination center therapy work, ensuring comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.

Respond to behavioral crises, provide de-escalation, and oversee safety planning.  In-clinic tasks completed with or under the guidance of the Clinical Director :
