An innovative independent power producer (IPP) dedicated to accelerating the transition to renewable energy by developing, financing, and constructing utility-scale solar, storage, and wind projects across the United States. With a growing portfolio of projects, they are committed to building sustainable, clean energy solutions for communities, utilities, and commercial customers. Due to the significant growth of their portfolio, they are looking for an experienced Director of Construction (utility-scale) to oversee the development, execution, and successful delivery of multiple solar, storage, and wind projects, mainly in ERCOT, PJM, and the Northeast.

The Director of Construction (utility-scale) will :

• Project Oversight : Lead and manage multiple large-scale solar, energy storage, and wind projects from development through to construction and handover, ensuring seamless execution.
• Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, construction teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and clients.
• Budget and Schedule Management : Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Oversee cost management and address any financial or schedule risks.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, quality, compliance, and other project challenges.
• Contract Management : Oversee the execution of contracts, including negotiation with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and company quality policies.
• Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with key internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, and business development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
