Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal Account Managers to ensure seamless servicing of accounts. Conduct client visits and sales presentations as needed. Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a generalist approach to writing commercial insurance across various sectors. Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance production, with a focus on middle-market accounts. Technical Skills : Familiarity with AMS360 is a plus, but not required. Soft Skills : Personable and professional demeanor. Comfortable with cold calling and business development. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Resilient and adaptable to different personalities and work styles. Travel : Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits.
